Queen Letizia of Spain wowed as she watched the FIFA Women’s World Cup today in Sydney, Australia. She was joined by Infanta Sofía, her 16-year-old daughter.
Both Letizia and her daughter looked chic in red for the huge event, the colour also sported by Spain’s players.
Stylish Queen Letizia opted for an oversized blazer with with huge statement shoulders and black buttons that she left undone.
She paired the blazer with some flared red suit trousers in the same shade.
To balance out the red, Letizia went for a V-neck black blouse, tucked into her trousers to show off her tiny waist.
The chic Queen paired her red and black look with black accessories, including a little black handbag.
She elongated her legs with a pair of suede black boots, complete with a chunky heel.
Letizia wore her hair down in some loose waves, and confidently rocked a couple of silver strands.
As for accessories the royal kept it minimal with a simple pair of gold studs and one gold ring.
Her makeup look was flawless, complete with foundation, bronzed cheeks to highlight her bone structure, nude shimmery lipstick and smokey eyes.
Today was not the first time Queen Letizia rocked a red suit. In March this year she attended audiences at Zarzuela Palace wearing a fitted red number with tortoiseshell buttons.
While the suits were similar, she managed to achieve two very different looks, firstly due to the fits of the suits and secondly due to the accessories she chose.
Back in March, Letizia smartened up her look by fastening the buttons of her jacket. She also wore a white lacy blouse underneath rather than black.
Finally, as opposed to cool black boots, Letizia opted for pointed-toe stilettos in camel.
For the World Cup Final, Infanta Sofía looked stylish in a white coat and black trousers, completing the look with a statement red scarf.
