Queen Letizia’s stunning dress originally backless before royal transformed it

Queen Letizia of Spain, 50, stepped out on Tuesday evening wearing a beautiful Massimo Dutti “Limited Edition Open Back Dress in Dark Pink”. This was to attend the 15th Anniversary of the “Microfinanzas BBVA” Foundation at the Marques de Salamanca Palace.

In the original dress, the model is clearly wearing a dress with an open back. However, Queen Letizia did not appear to have a backless dress on this evening, despite becoming quite well-known for wearing the style in the past.

For instance, back in October this year, Queen Letizia wore a backless £174 “Paris dress” from the brand Miphai, which was described as “a navy blue party dress made of crepe”.

Later on in November, Letizia once again went backless in a blue boatneck dress.

However, on Tuesday the Queen Consort did not appear to be wearing the backless version of the dress.

This may have been because of the current winter weather, but also because of the nature of the event this evening, which may have required modesty due to the professional people attending.

The description for Letizia’s dress says: “A unique piece that you cannot be without this season. Sophisticated and feminine, designed to become the centre of attention at any occasion.

“This gorgeous dress from Massimo Dutti features long sleeves, a reverse collar and a slit at the back.”

Unfortunately, the dress is no longer in stock, so it is unclear how much it cost at the time of purchase.

DON’T MISS:

For footwear, Queen Letizia wore her Magrit “Liza Pumps in Red Suede”, which she has been wearing for the last four years since 2018.

The description for these stunning shoes reads: “Pointed toe pump made of red suede with a brand new heart-shaped vamp and with a retro-inspired heel of nine cm.

“A sophisticated and special shoe that will become the perfect complement to any occasion.”

Finally, the Queen of Spain accessorised with her Gold & Roses “I Am Red” Needle Earrings.

The description for these earrings says: “I AM RED is a statement of principles and sentiments through red: love, beauty and liberty. 18kt rose gold earrings with diamonds (0,26 ct) and rubies (0,32 ct).”

Queen Letizia first debuted these earrings in October of this year. They cost a whopping €1,680, or roughly £1,379 in British Sterling.

Instagram user @ale_campos_gua wrote: “Such a simple yet sophisticated look! The colour changes everything.”

Similarly, @birdnerd327 added: “Great dress that also looks comfy. I really like this jewellery brand. Nice way to bring some subtle bling.”
