Barbie Movie – Who’s who in the Barbie-verse | Films | Entertainment

Brought to the big screen by Greta Gerwig, the pink extravaganza of Barbie will breathe new life into the iconic doll and her friends with some major names signed up for the film.

Who stars in the Barbie movie?

Barbie – Margot Robbie

Of course, a Barbie movie couldn’t go ahead without the doll herself and who better than Australian actress Margot Robbie to embody the toy?

She had her big breakthrough role in Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street almost 10 years ago and has since been in major hits like Bombshell, I, Tonya, Suicide Squad and Birds of Prey.

Ken – Ryan Gosling

You cannot possibly have Barbie without her Ken and La La Land star Ryan Gosling has stepped into his perfect shoes.

He has a list of noteworthy credentials from Bladerunner 2049 and Drive, to The Notebook and The Fall Guy, with Barbie predicted to be yet another hit for the actor.

CEO of Mattel – Will Ferrell

Will Ferrell is behind the CEO of Mattel who is stunned to learn that the real-life versions of Barbie and Ken are out and about in Los Angeles.

Gloria – America Ferrera

Actress America Ferrera is best recognised for starring as the titular character in Ugly Betty.

She has been in the comedy Superstore for the past few years on NBC and will lend her voice for the upcoming Pixar film Elio.
