Over the weekend, on Saturday, May 6, 2023, King Charles III was crowned the new King of England. The following day, Sunday, May 7, 2023, Windsor Castle was transformed into a gigantic outdoor concert venue for a star-studded line-up of musical acts to perform for the new King and his family.
One of the final acts of the evening was Take That, the iconic boyband who have released such iconic hits as Back For Good, Rule the World and Greatest Day.
But during their final couple of songs, band members Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald performed one of their most uplifting tracks, Never Forget, for King Charles’ family.

During the song’s second chorus, Howard crooned the poignant lyrics: “Never forget where you’ve come here from / Never pretend that it’s all real / Someday soon this will all be someone else’s dream / This will be someone else’s dream.”
At the exact same time as these words were uttered, the camera panned to Prince William and his family enjoying the British band’s music.
This was, of course, a special moment for the Royal as he is next in line for the crown after his father, King Charles.
And this key detail was noticed by a few viewers on Twitter, as pointed out by Manchester Evening News.
One fan on Twitter pointed out: “They chose this shot for ‘someday this will all be someone else’s dream.” (sic)
Another agreed: “‘Some day soon this will all be someone else’s dream’ everyone immediately side eyes William #CoronationConcert.” (sic)
A third chimed in: “Good way to end the concert with Take That’s Never Forget. Someday it will be someone else’s dream. For William, and then George! #CoronationConcert”
A fourth continued: “This will be someone else’s dream… I think you mean William #CoronationConcert.” (sic)
Meanwhile, countless tweets of praise were fired off about Take That’s performance, with one writing: “And THAT is why Never Forget will always be in my heart. Nothing can beat that feeling when everyone is doing the arms and singing at the top of their voices.”
Take That finished off the Coronation Concert, following Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, Olly Murs, Paloma Faith, and Pete Tong.
