Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh was a picture of summer today wearing a pink snakeskin co-ord and smart pink blazer.
The royal wore the flattering outfit on a visit to the Gul Outdoor Therapy and Activity Centre in Salisbury, England.
Her coordinating skirt and top featured a brown and pink animal-print pattern with a thin brown belt to cinch in her waist.
Sophie’s stylish combo is from one of her favourite designers – Emilia Wickstead and is part of the brand’s pre-AW18 Collection.
The skirt featured delicate pleats and the silk top had a smooth finish and flattering crew neck.
Staying true to her trademark style, the £1225 garment grazed her calves and the jacket featured a single-breasted cut with long sleeves.
The tonal look perfectly complemented Sophie’s blonde locks, and the neutral colourway was continued with her tan-coloured espadrille wedges.
Sophie’s blazer is also an old favourite, known as the Chloé Fitted Blazer designed in a very light shade of pink.
Having been worn on several previous occasions, the open style is typical of the Duchess’s formal yet relaxed approach to fashion.
It is not only on-trend but also a style loved by several other royal women, having been recently replicated by Meghan Markle and Kate, Princess of Wales.
The 58-year-old opted for her staple summer shoes – a pair of Colina Leather Wedges by designer Penelope Chilvers (£159).
On the website, the fashionable shoes are described as “the ultimate transitional espadrille from spring to summer” made by skilled Spanish artisans who specialise in the art of espadrille making.
Sticking to her wardrobe staples, the Duchess accessorised with a snakeskin clutch bag to match her dress.
The design looked similar to many in her extensive collection of bags by Sophie Hapsburg – many of which are made with the same leather material.
The Duchess of Edinburgh finished her look with a pair of simple gold hoop earrings, though more important accessories were absent. Sophie was spotted without her engagement and wedding rings again today.
