The British royals Kate, Princess of Wales, Meghan Markle, and the late Princess Diana have shown that denim is always a timeless wardrobe staple, despite the fact it’s not often seen.
On June 22, 2021, the Princess of Wales visited the Natural History Museum in London while sporting her new favourite pair of jeans.
The £75 jeans were paired with a £1,795 Chloé blazer, in true Kate flair, mixing high and low-end brands.
Kate completed the laid-back look with a white Ralph Lauren top and Veja trainers, which she wore to the visit to learn about the Urban Nature Project.
Kate was spotted wearing the same pair of straight, blue “Slim Cut” & Other Stories jeans to get her first vaccine to help prevent coronavirus.
Their description says: “These Slim Cut Jeans are everything you’re looking for in a pair of classic jeans.
“Crafted from organic and recycled cotton, this five-pocket style offers a high waist, a full-length slim leg and comfort stretch.”
Kate had actually worn jeans for years, including in 2016 when America’s Cup World Series was underway. The Princess of Wales was pictured visiting Land Rover BAR dressed in navy jeans, a polo and trainers.
Meghan Markle, 42, is a royal who even attempted double denim during her tour of South Africa in 2019.
As part of Princess Diana’s campaign to spread awareness about the terrible effects of landmines, the royal travelled to Bosnia and Herzegovina while wearing a pair of loose-fitting, high-waisted jeans.
It was no secret that Diana frequently wore trusted Levi jeans. She demonstrated to fans how to create a work of art out of a pair of high-waist jeans while she was in Bosnia.
The late Princess of Wales gave a timeless fashion lesson while wearing a nicely unbuttoned blouse, a braided belt, and her go-to loafers.
In 1988, Diana was photographed at the Guards Polo Club, wearing a jumper with the British Lung Foundation logo on the front and a baseball cap.
