Lady Louise Windsor is the eldest child of Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh and Prince Edward.
As a little girl, Louise would attend Trooping The Colour and Christmases at Sandringham, where she would always show off her gorgeous blonde curly hair.
This hairstyle would again be shown in 2011 at the wedding of Kate Middleton and Prince William, where Louise was a flower girl.
Louise no longer tends to step out with very frizzy hair as a 19-year-old. For instance, at the recent Coronation, she had beautifully curled her hair into elegant twirls.

In her youth, especially during her teen years, Louise’s hair was extremely frizzy when she stepped out for official appearances.
At Christmas in 2019, when Louise was 16 years old, she donned a long beige checkered coat and a lilac headband.
Underneath the accessory, royal fans could see her massive blonde hair which at the time was quite frizzy.
In 2021, Louise began to take her sport of choice, carriage driving, very seriously into competitions. The royal teenager appeared to have straightened her now dark-blonde hair so it no longer contained the same amount of frizz.
In 2022, Louise attended the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham along with the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and her younger brother James, Earl of Wessex.
Her surprise appearance at the time stunned fans, with one Twitter user @sarahinroyal, tweeting with several eye-hearted emojis: “Louise’s hair!”
For this engagement, the then-18-year-old gathered her hair in a half-ponytail, letting some of her curls fall on her shoulders.
Louise had clearly applied a curling gel so that her curls had set in a chic way with no frizz.
Similarly, by the time of the Platinum Jubilee and the Coronation the following year, Louise’s hair was sophisticated and elegant.
The 19-year-old had gracefully curled her already naturally-curly hair to look professionally styled, with wisps of hair beautifully framing her face.
This hairstyle remained the same for the Memorial Service of Prince Philip and the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, both of which happened in 2022.
At the late monarch’s funeral, Louise had actually tied her hair into a low bun and let two elegant hair strands fall beside her face in a chic style.
