For much of the first decade of her life, Lisa Marie Presley lived at Graceland. Even after her parents separated in 1972, she would spend her school vacation time with her father Elvis Presley at the Memphis mansion.
However, The King was a committed night owl who would sleep all day, meaning his sassy little girl and her Memphis Mafia pals could wreak havoc around the estate.
Before her death earlier this year, Lisa Marie confessed that her father wasn’t strict at all and she could always threaten staff with dismissal if she didn’t get her way.
One of her childhood playmates was her cousin Danny Smith who shared some fun facts from their time together on his YouTube channel.

In a video, Danny said: “When we were in Palm Springs, Lisa Marie jackpot-ed on Elvis’ slot machine and kept all the money!”
This was one of The King’s vacation spots where he’d take his family for rest and relaxation.
Her cousin then went on to talk of Lisa riding around Graceland on her tricycle, which she would often do at full pelt.
One time she didn’t like being stopped by a Memphis Mafia member and went to get Elvis to sort out the situation.
Danny shared: “Lisa used to ride around Graceland inside with her tricycle and tried to run over people’s feet.
“She turned a corner one time and Daddy (Billy Smith) tried to catch her and she went upstairs and told Elvis that Daddy pushed her over on her tricycle.”
Given The King was often asleep during the day, she may well have dared to wake up her father, who didn’t always let her have her own way, often having to put his foot down.
Both father and daughter are now buried near each other in Graceland’s Meditation Garden.
