Meghan Markle and Princess Kate have both experimented with the sheer clothing look. However, their outfits had one major difference.

As a senior member of the Royal Family, Kate must adhere to some fashion protocols, and is never spotted wearing anything too revealing.

When Kate rocked the sheer clothing trend back in 2016, she went for a navy blue Saloni dress with sheer panels.

She looked stunning alongside Prince William for a reception at Kensington Palace ahead of her tour of India and Bhutan.
