Meghan Markle news: Very LA menu for Archie’s birthday where gluten is banned

According to sources, the menu served at Archie’s celebration today will have some strict limitations.

“There are emails in advance about making sure there is no gluten on the premises, even if no children are gluten-intolerant,” a source told the Telegraph.

Also off the gluten-free menu will be bread, pasta, cereal, and crackers.

An LA-based author Lisa Gaché who teaches children’s etiquette classes near Meghan and Harry’s home at the Montecito Club explained this is normal in the area.

She said: “In this neck of the woods, we have so many children who are vegetarian or keto or paleo, and they need to be aware of that.”

The keto diet involves getting the vast majority of your calories from fat and eschewing almost all carbohydrates.

The diet was invented to curb epilepsy in children, but it has become a popular fad in recent years.

The paleo diet, on the other hand, is modeled off the diet it is thought stone-age humans would have eaten.

This means avoiding processed foods, sugars, and trans fats, and limiting grains, dairy, and legumes.

Gaché added it is also likely alcohol will be off the menu for the grown-ups.

She explained: “Alcohol is frowned upon for kids’ parties in Montecito. The Duke and Duchess are conscious of mental health and raising kids in an appropriate manner, I doubt they would serve it.”

Prince Harry has rushed back to California today after the Coronation of King Charles III in hopes of seeing his son on his birthday.
