Sophie Wessex channels Kate in camel as she steps out for Christmas at Sandringham

The fashionable Sophie Wessex stepped out with her fellow royals as they entered the Church of St Mary Magdalene on the Sandringham estate.

Sophie looked gorgeous in a camel coat dress fastened by a chunky belt.

She channelled Princess Kate, who rocked a similar look very recently when she visited The Street Community Hub in Scarborough.

Sophie was the epitome of elegance today in her warm beige coat.

It was belted at the waist, accentuating the Countess’ figure and creating an hourglass illusion.

In a perfect colour match with the coat, Sophie wore a wide-brimmed hat.

She accessorised with brown accessories, including a huge brown clutch and brown leather boots with a killer heel.

It appears that Sophie wore a leopard print dress underneath the chic coat, with just the sleeve of it peeking out from underneath it.

She accessorised with pearl drop earrings, a firm favourite of Queen Camilla and the late Queen Elizabeth II.

She also wore a dainty pearl pendant to match on a silver chain.

As for hair, Sophie looked effortlessly glam with her loose tresses falling over her shoulders.

She appeared pretty fresh faced aside from a smokey eye and pop of pink lipstick.

How does Sophie’s most recent Christmas look compare with her last festive appearance at Sandringham?

Due to the pandemic, the Royal Family could not gather at Sandringham in Christmas 2020 or 2021 to spend the day with the Queen.

Before today, the last time the royals gathered there for seasonal celebrations was Christmas Day of 2019.

Sophie stuck to neutrals with a greige winter coat and burgundy accessories.

These included a fabulous Princess Beatrice style headband – complete with chic netting – and a burgundy snakeskin clutch.
