Tom Hardy’s Venom 3 title unveiled as release date moved forward | Films | Entertainment

Morbius and Madame Web may have bombed at the box office, but Tom Hardy’s Venom movies have proven profitable despite bad reviews.

It’s hardly surprising then that Venom 3 is set to hit cinemas later this year after Eddie Brock’s brief visit across the Marvel multiverse.

At the conclusion of Venom: Let There Be Carage, he and Venom travelled to the MCU world of Tom Holland’s Peter Parker before returning home to their reality in the end credits of Spider-Man No Way Home.

According to Deadline, the third film’s title has been announced as Venom: The Last Dance, which implies some sort of finality given it’s the last film in a trilogy.

Kelly Marcel is on directing duties having co-written the story with Hardy himself. Meanwhile, Juno Temple, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Clark Backo join the cast in undisclosed roles.

Venom: The Last Dance’s release date has also been moved forward from November 8 to October 25, 2024.
