Top Gun alum sues Paramount for using his face in Maverick without permission | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

Hangman wasn’t referring to Wolfman, but to the man next to him, who was Goose (Anthony Edwards), who they realised was the father of their fellow recruit Rooster, played by Miles Teller.

The Top Gun alum’s lawsuit claimed that Paramount Pictures never asked permission to use the photo, and they had no right to do so.

He also alleged they never paid him any money to use his likeness in the 2022 spin-off of the hit, resulting in Barry filing the lawsuit, which seeks unspecified damages.
