Cliff Richard announces Blue Sapphire Tour 2023 heading to cinemas for 2 nights | Films | Entertainment

Celebrating his 65th year in music, Sir Cliff Richard’s The Blue Sapphire Tour 2023 is to be recorded at the iconic Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith to come to cinemas for one weekend only next month.

The 83-year-old legend has a set full of hits from across his incredible career including Move It, Wired For Sound and The Young Ones.

The specially filmed show will screen in more than 400 cinemas across the UK and Ireland this November on Saturday 25 (7pm) and Sunday 26 (3pm).

There will even be some never-before-seen footage of Sir Cliff that will play exclusively for cinema audiences.

The singer himself has released a message for fans sharing his excitement for the cinematic event.

Sir Cliff said: “I’m so excited for The Blue Sapphire Tour 2023 to come to cinemas around the UK and Ireland next month. This is a great opportunity for fans to experience one of my concerts from the comfort of their local cinema!

“I’ll be performing my biggest hits and favourite tracks from throughout my career, and there’s even be some never-seen-before footage. What a special way to mark my 65th year in music!”

Cinema tickets for Sir Cliff Richard’s The Blue Sapphire Tour 2023 are available here from November 1.
