Miss Tennessee model Linda Thompson was Elvis Presley’s girlfriend from 1972-6, who lived with the star at his Graceland mansion.
During this period, The King’s daughter with his ex-wife Priscilla Presley would come and stay at the house during her vacations from school.
Tragically Lisa Marie Presley died at just 54 in January, following her father’s untimely death at 42 in 1977.
One of the Elvis fan pages shared rare footage of Linda with Elvis, Lisa Marie and Memphis Mafia wife Jo Smith, who is married to The King’s cousin Billy Smith.
The four were captured leaving a store and getting into a car with a caption of Linda’s on dating Elvis included.
The quote read: “Dating Elvis felt very right and very natural. I never saw him as a big superstar. I just saw him as the human should that I happened to love.”
Linda, now 73, commented on Instagram: “So many wonderful memories of this time in my life… Especially ones that included the precious Lisa Marie. She was my warm-up for motherhood, & I truly did love her…& her daddy Thank you @elvis_and_linda_gram for always finding these moments…”
