Elvis Presley’s final birthday ‘selflessness’ shared by last girlfriend Ginger | Music | Entertainment

Posting a birthday tribute to her old flame The King of Rock and Roll on her Facebook, Ginger wrote: “Thinking of Elvis for his special day. Remembering all the good times, the joy, laughter and love he shared with me and my family in late 76/77 which meant so much.

“Being with him for his 42nd birthday was a blessing all those many years ago. He had been studying and reading a few days in his Palm Springs home with me and my sister Rosemary from some books he was interested in and then he’d decide on January 8th that he wanted to read and share thoughts with a few others he’d invited over.

“He later sent us shopping, not focusing on himself even on his own birthday. It was just who he was and what made him happy so with special wishes, Happy Heavenly Birthday Elvis, always loved and missed from your Gingerbread!!”
