Kate Middleton news: Moment sun beams on Princess goes viral – fans say it’s Diana

Kate Middleton joined her husband Prince William at the Scottish Coronation of King Charles this week. A moment from the royal’s attendance at St Giles’ Cathedral in Edinburgh has since gone viral.

The video highlights the moment a sunbeam shines down on the Princess as she takes her seat. The sight wowed fans, who suggested the light was the presence of the late Princess Diana.

The video which has a huge number of views and comments was captioned: “Magical moment for the Princess of Wales as the sun beams down on her like a spotlight when she takes her seat.”

The comments rolled in, many referencing Kate’s late mother-in-law. One wrote: “Diana…protecting the real Queen!”

“That’s Diana saying you are doing this perfectly…” another said. One commented: “Am I crazy to think that was Diana saying ‘that’s my beautiful DIL!'” [sic]

“She deserves every spotlight,” one said. “I bet it’s the late Queen & Diana smiling down at her.”

“She is the chosen one,” wrote one TikTok user. “The universe was speaking!” added another.

One said: “The light looks like giving a blessing to her. God bless the future Queen.”

“She will do wonders for the monarchy, give that beautiful woman the chance she deserves,” one fan wrote.

Kate thrilled fans by patting Prince William on the bum during the historic ceremony.

At the BAFTA Awards in February, the Princess did the same thing in front of the cameras as she walked side-by-side with her husband, appearing to lightly pat his behind.

Body language expert Judi James exclusively told Express.co.uk: “Judi claimed: “We’ve seen Kate patting her husband’s bum previously but possibly not while they are in such very formal outfits.

“It seems to be a loving tie-sign for Kate, showing support and almost maternal reassurance and attention as well as being a truncated gesture of intimate affection.”
