Madonna smooches her toyboy on stage as she kicks off NYC tour and fans beg for refund | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

Josh and Madonna judged Ballroom-inspired dancers – including two of her children – with cards showing “10” or “chop” during the Vogue segment of the gig titled “Estere’s Ball” after her 11-year-old daughter.

The duo dressed for the occasion, with Josh sporting a $350 (£274) Diplomats Decide T-shirt, matching shredded black pants, and sneakers while the seven-time Grammy winner donning a black-and-silver bustier, opera gloves, and heels.

At one point, the New York Life Insurance Company agent looked awkward when a jock strap-clad male dancer bent over in front of him while two other male dancers ravished his megastar girlfriend.

Madonna is now stranger to inviting special guests to sit beside her for the Ballroom segment during Act II of her five-act concert – including Julia Fox, Debi Mazar, Donatella Versace, Arca, and Diplo.

While he looked uncomfortable during some scenes of the concert, Josh showed his admiration for his new love interest after the show finished by sharing a rare Instagram post that he captioned: “10’s all around @madonna [sweaty emoji] #CelebrationTour.”

The New York City concert marked Madonna’s first show in the United States this year, but “sound check issues” reportedly caused her to go on at 10:45pm rather than her usual call time between 9pm-10pm as per to People.

The lengthy delay didn’t sit well with fans who took to X (formally Twitter) to vent their frustrations at the singer as well as the event organisers.

One concertgoer @Duilio69 fumed: “2:30 hours late. I WANT A REFUND NOW,” after paying between $115.00 (£90), and $171.00 (£134) to see the star perform.

Another user @madonnalover911 penned: “I love Madonna but it’s really f***ed up how she’s literally like 2 hours late for her FIRST show in the us.”

As a third fan @conniekettel wrote: “I’m sorry there’s no way I would’ve paid money to see Madonna come out like 3 hours late…and then for the on stage guest to be a boxer to judge voguing in f***ing New York City y’all got robbed.”

“She’s disrespecting people who probably paid far too much to see her and likely travelled a long distance also,” @RetroArcadeMan added.

But not all fans were angry with the singer as @julieroot4 pointed out: “Yes #madonna was late she put on one hell of a show.”
