Ozzy Osbourne has high hopes for his career as he recovers from his final spiral surgery.

After a series of spinal operations related to structural damage that he sustained from a fall in 2019, the rock legend has revealed he is finally out of the dark when it comes to any major surgeries – for now.

Ozzy, 74, dropped the exciting news in a recent interview where he dropped that he has undergone his “final surgery” and now has some ambitious plans for the future.

The former Black Sabbath rocker admitted that he wants to make “one more album” and return to touring.

Speaking to Metal Hammer, Ozzy explained: “I’ve had all the surgery now, thank God,” adding that he is “feeling OK — it was just dragging on.”

The TV personality admitted: “I thought I’d be back on my feet months ago, I just couldn’t get used to this mode of living, constantly having something wrong.”

He also noted that while he is on the mend he still “can’t walk properly yet” but nevertheless he is “not in any pain any more and the surgery on my spine went great”.

The self-proclaimed Prince of Darkness also touched on his career ambitions for 2024, telling the outlet: “I’m getting myself fit.

“I’ve done two albums fairly recently [2020’s Ordinary Man and 2022’s Patient Number 9, both produced by Andrew Watt], but I want to do one more album and then go back on the road.”

Ozzy also discussed the fact that he has a studio at his England home and is looking forward to reconnecting with record producer Andrew Watt for more music.

“I’m just starting to work on it now, and we’ll be recording in the early part of next year,” he explained. “I want to take my time with this one!”

Aside from music, Ozzy has recently dipped his toe into the world of podcasting.

He and the rest of the Osbournes; Sharon, Kelly and Jack have set up their own podcast chat show called The Osbournes, where they share their controversial opinion on each other and what’s going on in the world.
