The band’s official tour announcement stated: “Since their first arrival in Japan in April 1975 to scenes of fan mob mania, the bond between Queen and Japan has been richly woven into band history. Despite their absence on the touring circuit, Queen’s music continued to be treasured in Japan throughout the 90s and into the 21st Century, thanks in part to their inclusion in TV commercials and television dramas. Featured in a beer commercial, the band’s I Was Born To Love You reached No 1 on the singles chart. Invited to return in 2014 – now fronted by Adam Lambert – to headline at Japan’s largest rock festival, Summer Sonic, Queen’s status as Japan’s favourite foreign band was reconfirmed.”
Adam Lambert himself added: “The Japan shows back in 2020 were so much fun, the audiences were incredible! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to come back. Can’t wait!”

Queen and Adam Lambert are holding a presale lottery for Japanese residents right now. This began at 12pm local time on August 10, 2023.
Presale tickets for the rest of the world are due to be released at 12pm on October 7, 2023. This presale event is due to continue until 12pm on October 25, 2023.

If you miss out on presale tickets, Queen and Adam Lambert are also holding a general onsale event for hopeful attendees who live outside of Japan.

General onsale tickets for Queen and Adam Lambert’s Japan tour come out October 28, 2023, at 10am.
These tickets are titled the “public on-sale” event, meaning anyone around the world can buy tickets.
However, the ticket website has not yet been activated, so fans can not yet buy tickets.
